Welcome to Penalty Box, ARN's daily World Cup 2010 wrap.

    LATEST SCORES: Group H
  • Evolve IT (Argentina) 4 Samsung (Korea) 1
  • Simms International (Greece) 2 Websense (Nigeria) 1

    Group A:
  • Citrix (France) 0 Lenovo (Mexico) 2
In a massive upset, Citrix are teetering on the edge of elimination from the Cup in the first round after a shock 2-0 loss to Lenovo. Citrix went into the Cup with discord between the players and coach and have never looked like the champion team it is renowned as. It's only hope now is to score a huge win against Westcon Group in its final game and hope that Cisco and Lenovo don't draw. In reality it is all but gone.

In other games Evolve IT confirmed its position as one of the tournament favourites with a 4-1 thrashing of Samsung while Simms International bounced back into the qualifying picture with a 2-1 win over Websense which is effectively out of the Cup, although it still does have a mathematical chance of qualifying. Evolve IT has already qualified for the second round and the second qualifier from this group will be either Samsung or Simms which face each other in their final round one matches.

The highlight of the night was the first hat-trick of the Cup - from Evolve IT's Higuain ... one of an arsenal of strikers Evolve has in its squad.
