Digital services provider, Hyro, has partnered up with the Queensland Government to implement a Get Involved Online consulting solution.
It allows the public to get involved in Government policy development by conducting surveys, polls, forums and the use of other collaboration tools.
As a part of the deal, Hyro will supply technical design, implementation services, managed services and hosting.
“Government agencies are continuing to focus on digital channels as an effective service delivery option,” Hyro CEO, Bill Votsaris, said. “By offering an online solution that provides a positive customer experience of the machinery of government, the community will soon have an opportunity to engage with the Queensland Government and genuinely shape policy development.”
Last September, Hyro collected two Victorian Government contracts.
