FileMaker updates its app for the big screen

Keen to capitalise on the surge of interest in the iPad, FileMaker has released a version of Bento for Apple’s new device.

Available from the app store, Bento for iPad allows users to manage contacts, track projects, plan events and can be synchronised with Bento 3 for Mac.

The app also provides gesture support navigation on the iPad, and works in both portrait and landscape views. A tap will allow users to watch videos, view photos and send emails.

The app comes with 25 pre-designed customisable templates ranging from event planning, time billing, recipes, classes, dieting and more – all designed to make organising iPad content and activities easily.

Bento for iPad is priced at $5.99 from the Australian App store, and is available now.
