The HTC Legend smartphone is out exclusively through Vodafone and 3 on June 3.
The phone is machined from a single aluminium block for a compact frame and has a 3.2-inch active matrix OLED HVGA display which consumes less power.
For navigation, it has a joystick surrounded by a narrow button.
Legend automatically lowers ringer volume as soon as the phone is picked up and mutes the ringer when the phone is flipped faced down. It integrates social media services including Facebook and Twitter.
The vendor’s updated user interface, HTC Sense, includes a newsreader application and widget and a seven-screen ‘Leap’ thumbnail view to access specific screens quickly.
