South Australia-based ISP, Internode, has cut the price of its compact wireless router in response to the local release of the Apple iPad.
The MiFi, designed by Novatel Wireless, can support 3G access for up to five iPads. This also applies to other WiFi comparable devices such as notebooks and smartphones.
MiFi retails for $399. Internode is offering it to customers for $299 when bundled with a two-year NodeMobile Data 3G broadband service. The iPad is due out on May 28 in Australia.
