CSC has signed a three-year $30 million IT services contract with Woodside Energy.
Under the agreement, the integrator will provide infrastructure outsourcing and support services including: service desk; field services; problem, change and configuration management; datacentre hosting; and the provisioning of resources for Wintel, Unix and network services.
“Today’s contract renewal with Woodside is a result of the successful relationship we have developed over the last four years,” CSC president, Gavin Larkings, said in a statement. “The scope of the contract will enable Woodside to better leverage CSC’s full capabilities in support of its business requirements and fulfil its plans for further expansion in the north of Western Australia.”
CSC has also expanded its scope of services and is now one of two preferred suppliers on a panel. It will also deliver resources, consulting and project services in areas including infrastructure, application design, implementation, architecture and the company’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution, SAP.
CSC recently opened a new office in Victoria, which it claims will deliver $78m during the next 10 years.
