The latest Microsoft Dynamics ERP solution has debuted, and as expected, comes with bevy of enhancements and new applications built-in.
Dynamics GP 2010 is an ERP solution that targets the mid-market, with Role Centres, out-of-the-box Web services and the ability to complete tasks through software people use every day.
The new solution includes workflow processes that have been designed to make approval scenarios easier. Customers can create forms such as invoices from within Microsoft Word. Other features aim to simplify business operations, set-up and IT administration processes, and Microsoft SharePoint technology extends across to business-critical information from Dynamics GP 2010 to more people across and organisation.
The solution features over 350 integrated Web services, interoperability with Microsoft Office Unified Communications, and built-in integration with Dynamics CRM.
Dynamics GP 2010 is available to Microsoft’s Australian partners from May 1. Customers have the option to deploy the solution on-premise or access it through on-demand and subscription-based hosting models.
