Acer has revisited its prestige notebook line, adding a new model to its Ferrari One series.
The new notebook comes with Windows 7 home premium installed, and a bevy of multimedia and entertainment features such as Dolby Pro Logic 11x – all the way to 7.1 channel playback where applicable.
Acer SignalUp wireless technology has been built into the notebook to optimise reception, and although the notebook has a small form factor at 11.6 inches, it is high definition at 1366x768 pixel resolution on a CineCrystal LED LCD display.
The notebook also comes with a touchpad with multi-gesture functionality inbuilt for navigation – covering commands such as scrolling, flipping back-and-forth through photos, Web pages, and documents, and rotating images.
The notebook comes with a standard one-year International traveller’s warranty, and is being sold through Harvey Norman stores with a RRP of $999.
