The Australian Federal Police (AFP) is on the hunt for invoice and credit memo scanning, software installations and maintenance.
According to a request for tender (RFT) document, the successful tenderer will sign a contract for an initial installation and maintenance period of 15 months ending June 30, 2011, the two options to extend for one year each.
“The AFP is seeking a Software Scanning Package, including installation and maintenance, capable of scanning, attaching and workflowing of accounts payable invoices and credit memos,” the RFT said. “The Software must operate securely and harmoniously within the SAP ERP6.0, SAP SRM 7.0 and AFP ICT environment.
“The installation of the software only includes the deployment of the software but excludes any requirement of the software configuration or SAP integration / configuration.”
All tenderers will need to show evidence of their SAP third party software certification or SAP software solution partner status. All solutions must integrate with SAP ERP6.0 and all personnel requiring access to the AFP’s network must be able to get ‘Secret’ level security clearance.
The solution must be installed from mid April to June 30, 2010. The SAP MM and FI/CO components of SAP ERP6.0 are the main ones being used. A Canberra presence or partner able to provide on-site support is mandatory.
