Network Appliance and Volante Team to Provide Best of Breed Storage and Data Management Technology to Australian Market

<p>SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA, 24 January 2006–Network Appliance (NetApp), a leader in advanced network storage solutions, and Volante, a leading Australian-owned ICT infrastructure and services company, today announced an agreement to provide best of breed storage and data management technology to the Australian market.</p>
<p>Under the agreement, Volante will integrate NetApp’s market leading unified storage technology with infrastructure solutions and services from its existing vendor and professional services portfolio. Volante and NetApp plan to deliver to customers a complete Enterprise Storage Solution offering to address the increasing demands for continuous data protection, remote edge-to-core replication, data security, backup acceleration and data recovery – all within a simplified data management framework.</p>
