The Future Fund Management Agency is looking for a supplier to implement an electronic document management system

The Future Fund Management Agency (FFMA) is seeking an information retrieval software provider to better manage its documents and records.

The government agency is responsible for developing strategies to invest funding assets across various sectors including building, education and health. According to the request for tender document, the FFMA wants to implement an electronic document and records management system (EDRMS) that complies with a number of data storage standards.

This includes the Information Management Framework (IFA) which provides a guideline for storage and disposal of soft or hard copy information. Suitable candidates should be able to offer open source solutions or software-as-a service.

The tender document implores applicants to submit information on how their products and solutions would help the FFMA meet its objective. It also welcomes both smaller and larger providers.
