Microsoft Dynamics CRM specialist and startup, eSavvy, has appointed industry veteran, Guy Riddle, as its new solutions architect.
Riddle has extensive experience in the Microsoft CRM space as the founder of one of the first Dynamics CRM consulting practices in Australia – Snapdragon Consulting. He also established the Dynamics CRM User Group in Sydney, and is one of a small group to have been awarded Microsoft’s Most Valued Professional (MVP) for his contributions to the Dynamics business.
Riddle said he was attracted to the new role as eSavvy was setting itself up to align perfectly with his interests in the space.
“My aspirations are around solutions architecture design, and eSavvy is going to be a specialist in that part of the business,” Riddle said. “It’s a growing business. We’re starting to get some good acceptance in the market, and while it’s not a great time for customer engagement, 2010 is a year that we’ll be really looking to growth.”
Riddle’s appointment brings the organisation’s headcount to six. In addition to Microsoft Dynamics, eSavvy has partnered with New Zealand-based ERMLive to bring its products to the local market.
