Newly relaunched service provider, Prodial, is looking to recruit channel partners as its initial expansion strategy.
Perth-based Prodial offers virtual PABX business and enterprise IP-Enabled communications services.
The company’s suite of services includes VoIP-based networks, customer premises equipment, IP-Enabled communications, IP consultancy and a full range of IP and Web-based products.
Prodial managing director, Bill Marlow, has been appointed to the role to reinvent the company, and has identified the higher end of the SME market as the sweet spot to attack.
“The major players prefer the higher end of town, and the SMB market is serviced by a different set of providers who can’t really scale up to that higher end,” Marlow said.
Prodial is on the hunt for partners too, to broaden its reach. A partner is given the ability to own part of Prodial’s network as a value-adding tool to take to customers.
Currently there are four Prodial partners – a systems integrator, a communications consulting company and two equipment suppliers.
Marlow said the company was not looking to have a large base of partners.
“We don’t need more than 15-20 good channel partners,” he said.
