Kaseya beefs up partner support team

New account manager and support engineer to improve Sydney partner relationships

Managed services vendor, Kaseya, has brought on two new recruits to help support its partner network.

The vendor has brought Helene Eberle into the team as an account manager. In this role, she will be the main point of contact for more than 400 managed service provider (MSP) partners across Australia.

It has also appointed Josh Tipping as a support engineer. He will be in charge of all technical support queries from the A/NZ region and is also responsible for the provision of technical training and education to the company’s MSP partners through the quarterly boot camp program.

In a release, Kaseya managing director, Tim Dickinson, said the appointments were made to accomodate growing demand in the local market.

“Account management and technical support are equally important to the success of our local business. We’re very pleased to welcome Helene and Josh to our Sydney team,” he said in the release.

In August, the vendor made a different move to improve service to its partners, when its Think Tank 09 program encouraged collaboration between its partners.
