HP's rack-mountable UPSes are ideal for space-constrained rack environments. The award-winning r3000 xr packs 3000VA/2700W in just 2U of rack space. The lightweight unit provides more value in less space (3.5 inches) than any UPS in its class by using a revolutionary transformer-less technology. The 2U r1500 xr, another power-dense rack-mount UPS solution, is rated at 1440VA/1340W. They retail for $1,900 and $3,660, respectively.

The UPS r6000, rated at 6000 VA/6000W, occupies only 6U (10.5 inches) of valuable rack space. It has a power density of 1KW per 1U of rack space. The flashable firmware allows users to easily upgrade their UPS. With five load segments and two option slots, it offers increased system flexibility.

It retails for $9,500.
