- Matthew Sanderson, one of Ingram Micro’s long standing leaders, has announced that he will be moving back to his UK homeland to become the head of Ingram Micro’s subsidiary there. His local replacement is yet to be determined.
- Windows 7, which launches this week, has been met with a very enthusiastic reception from channel partners.
State of the market
- The market has dropped in morning trading, but looks to have stabilised. At 11:58am, the S&P/ASX200 was down 51.2 points
- The Aussie dollar has fallen slightly to $US0.9123. Gold prices have slightly risen to $1051.5 an ounce while oil prices have risen by 1.21 per cent to $78.5 a barrel
