In yet another outsourcing contract for KAZ Computer Services, Heinz Wattie's Australia has signed on to outsource its IT infrastructure for the next five years.
Under the agreement, three of Heinz Wattie's IBM AS/400 (iSeries) systems will be relocated and managed in one of KAZ's six data centres. KAZ will now be responsible for the ongoing maintenance, monitoring and performance of these systems on a 24 x 7 basis.
Heinz Wattie's Australia previously housed the IBM systems themselves and saw the opportunity to outsource during a relocation of offices.
"KAZ is thrilled to add another multinational organisation to its current list of blue-chip clients," said Peter Kazacos, managing director of KAZ Computer Services.
