  • Resellers vs Fujitsu in the courts dominated the channel news for the morning, with the resellers, ASI Solutions and Webster Computer Systems, claiming a significant victory
  • In other news, ASX-listed DWS (ASX:DWS) is doing well for itself, winning a major contract with Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA)

State of the market

  • The market opened positively in morning trading thanks to strong overnight gains on Wall St. However, it lost those early gains of more than 50 points late morning and afternoon trading. The S&P/ASX200 eventually closed just 4.9 points up at 4591.6.
  • The Aussie dollar is down slightly at $US0.8761. Gold is up to $US1017.8 an ounce while oil is up to $US70.4 a barrel
