New Zealand-based IBM software and services provider, Certus, has taken over Brisbane-based, Eos Solutions.
The merged company will be renamed Certus Solutions, and employ 100 staff to service 400 customers.
Certus, which opened its first Australian offices in late-April, claimed the merger would create “the largest specialist IBM software service and support company across the region”.
Earlier this year, Eos Solutions was made a Google enterprise partner and claimed to have 40 personnel.
According to Certus' statement, none of the personnel will lose their jobs.
Eos Solutions’ managing director, Annette Henry, will become the MD of Certus Solutions’ Australian division.
