Adweb Agency has kicked off a new channel strategy, setting-up an indirect sales force across Australia and New Zealand (A/NZ).
The company is seeking 15 partners in A/NZ in the next 12 months, doubling its sales force for its communication and information management product, Intranet Dashboard service. Using the service platform, organisations can create intranet, extranet and portal environments.
Target markets for the management product are medium to enterprise businesses.
Intranet Dashboard director, Connie Pandos, said the new channel strategy is a result of reseller demands.
“We have been selling the product into the A/NZ market directly,” she said. “But due to resellers approaching us in the last few months, we decided to address how we sell the product locally.”
Pandos also said the agency is taking a three-tiered approach with the partner program.
“We are looking for consultants, value-added resellers and distributors,” she said. “We want to take in companies that deliver intranet, extranet and portal solutions to their clients such as integrators, digital design agencies and communications consultants."
Melbourne-based channel expert and former general manager of Red e-solutions, Chris Horsley-Wyatt, has been recruited to execute the new strategy. The role will see him responsible for recruiting, training and managing ADWEB Agency’s indirect sales team.
