The HTC Dream is hanging on to a precarious lead over the Blackberry Curve 8900 in the first instalment of Product Wars.
Featuring the favoured weapon of businessmen and supermodels - smartphones - Product Wars has offered up surprising results with the iPhone 3G languishing in fourth spot behind the HTC Dream, Blackberry Curve 8900, and Sony Ericsson Xperia X1.
Each fortnight ARN will assemble a group of products and send them off to battle it out against each other. Two randomised products from the selected group will desperately seek your support and it is up to you to decide who triumphs over the other. You decide who wins this war.
The competition has been fierce so far, with HTC Dream leading on a preferred vote of 56 per cent. Blackberry Curve 8900 is following dangerously close on 54 per cent.
The Sony Ericsson Xperia X1 is sitting in the third spot on 48 per cent while the Apple iPhone has ignited doubts over whether its initial hype was just a load of hot air as it trails in fourth place on 46 per cent.
The Nokia E85 is not far behind but still at the bottom of the food chain with a preferred vote of 43 per cent.
Don’t like the results? The good news is you can change it! Vote for your favourite (as many times as you want, but you didn’t hear it from me…) and fight for the product you believe in!
