Apple's iPod is fast becoming the number one must-have accessory, and now it also has its own casing. Standard Technical Merchandise (STM) has just released a suit of Armour for the iPod, complete with protective flap, headphone pocket and slim design. It can be worn using a belt clip or with a neck cord. Armour is specifically designed for the iPod and carries a retail price of $35.
STM has also announced a removable padded pouch that fits inside some of its notebook bags. Available now as a separate product and branded as Sleeve, the pouch is surrounded by two centimetres of closed cell padding with a spongy air mesh handle. It also has a separate zip-up pouch for organising cables and adapters.
With a choice of large ($48.50) and regular ($45) sizes, they are available immediately from Ingram Micro and Tech Pacific.
