Lexmark has a new channel and SMB manager, with Stephen Bell stepping into the role to replace Carmel Mosser.
Bell was previously the vendor’s marketing manager and said he was keen to take on the responsibility as it presented a good opportunity to step back into a sales role.
“Mosser has two young children and has decided to take some time off to be with her family,” Bell said. “Eve Chen, who was previously the channel marketing manager, is the new marketing manager.”
Bell’s initial goal will be to continue to drive the vendor’s business in the SMB space.
“The business is going well – we’re working harder and the sales cycle has increased significantly, but we are getting a good share of the business,” Bell said.
“The main challenge at this stage is to continue to develop relationships with the new partners we have in this space, and pushing the inkjet multifunction product line that we’d like to see complement the laser products.”
