US-based performance management vendor, myDials, is seeking more resellers as it looks to adopt a stronger indirect business.
Visiting CEO, Wayne Morris, said during the early stages of the company’s development, there was more focus on dealing with customers directly.
“On a worldwide basis, it’s 40 per cent direct, and 60 per cent indirect. In Australia, it’s more slanted towards indirect,” he said.
The company set up a presence in Perth and Brisbane a year ago.
Asia-Pacific sales and marketing manager, Jeremy Bolton, said he wanted to increase the company’s presence in Sydney and Melbourne and was searching for partners that dabbled in consulting or outsourcing and had a business focus.
Some of the markets myDials plays into include manufacturing and healthcare. Morris added the company was also seeing some traction in government.
The vendor is also looking to hire more staff to pump up its development resources and has up to 10 partners in Australia. One of them is, Western Australian services provider, OPX Solutions, which recently deployed myDials on-demand performance improvement platform for its customer, LogiCamms.
The customer required a performance reporting management solution to gain real time visibility into the operation and performance of its customers’ remotely located reclaimers, stackers and shiploaders in mines and ports.
