Websense Announces 2009 ANZ Channel Partner Awards Winners

<p>Sydney, 19 March 2009 - Websense, Inc. (NASDAQ: WBSN), a global leader in integrated Web, data and email security solutions, today announced the winners of its 2009 Australia and New Zealand Websense Channel Partner Awards.</p>
<p>Websense evaluated award entries using a variety of criteria including technical and sales certifications, product competencies, year-over-year growth, achievements against measurable objectives in areas such as annual billings, percentage of new business earned January 1 to December 31 2008, as well as partners' overall commitment to Websense.</p>
<p>Queensland-headquartered Data#3 Limited won overall honours and was awarded Websense Partner of the Year for 2008 for Australia and New Zealand.</p>
<p>“Data#3 was outstanding in being able to effectively communicate the value of Websense Web security to the acquired SurfControl installed customer base. In addition, they provided national reach and support into every state and were very successful in being able to communicate the Websense Essential Information Protection (EIP) message. They also had the skills to sell across all our three core solutions for Web, email and data security,” said Daniel Crnkovich, Channel Alliance Manager, Australia and New Zealand, Websense.</p>

<p>Commulynx scooped Gold Partner of The Year while Secureware was awarded Silver Partner of the Year.</p>
