Express Online won twice at the annual Adobe Channel Awards night held at the Metro Theatre in Sydney on December 1.
About 200 invited channel guests in "Casino" fancy dress saw Express Online crowned as Adobe's Most Outstanding Channel Partner of the Year. The second accolade for Distribution Product Manager of the Year went to Luis Nunn who has been with the company a relatively short time.
Express Online marketing manager, Alison McQuarrie, attributed its success to a strong channel recruitment drive with 2000 resellers using its online system.
"A key factor in our success is that our distribution model appeals to a wide range of resellers," she said.
Other channel partners honoured at the Adobe Awards night included Harris Technology for Australian Channel Partner of the Year and Tech Pacific for Distributor of the Year. Adelaide-based AppleCentre, MacMedia, Zallcom, Simply International Group, Designwyse and Zallcom were also award winners.
Outstanding individuals were also recognised: Reseller Sales Person of the Year went to Justin Clark from Emperors Mind, while the equivalent distributor award went to Tech Pacific's David O'Neill. Sushini Gunawardene from City Software and John Whaling from Indigo Pacific also received awards.
