Lexmark appoints new country manager

Jan Parker steps into the top job to replace Dietrich Buechner

Lexmark International has appointed Jan Parker as country manager of Australia and New Zealand. She will be replacing Dietrich Buechner.

Parker’s responsibilities include developing and implementing business strategies in the enterprise, government and SMB market segments.

Recruited by Lexmark in 2005, Parker has been in the IT industry for over 20 years. Her most recent role with the company was as the northern region branch manager, directing and maintaining customer account teams in NSW, Queensland and New Zealand.

Lexmark Asia-Pacific vice-president, David Chan, said he was pleased to have an existing employee fill the position.

Parker will report to David Chan at Lexmark’s Australia headquarters in Sydney.
