<p>Sydney, March 12 2009 -- Interactive Intelligence (Nasdaq: ININ), a global provider of unified IP business communications solutions, has awarded Melbourne-headquartered CallTime Solutions the Interactive Intelligence Asia Pacific Partner of the Year Award for 2008.</p>
<p>The award was given in support of the company’s capacity, capability, focus and commitment to Interactive Intelligence over the past year and is testament to the success of CallTime Solution’s sales strategy in servicing the requirements of corporate and public sector demand for feature rich Unified Communications solutions.</p>
<p>In addition, CallTime Solutions was recognised for its work with Charles Sturt University in securing the Top Deal of the Year 2008 and Most Strategic Deal of The Year awards. The company also took out Best Revenue Partner of the Year 2008 in recognition of its revenue achievement.</p>
<p>CallTime Solutions specialises in delivering feature rich Multi Media Contact Centre functionality and Larger Multi-Location IP Telephony and Unified Communications solutions.</p>

The other award presented at the conference included Most New Customer Acquisition Award 2008 which was given to Iwatsu Electric.</p>
