Citrix has enhanced its Solutions Advisor (CSA) program and added an authorised level.
Asia-Pacific vice-president for products, partners and alliances, Nabeel Youakim, said the new classification would allow resellers to start selling Citrix’s Delivery Centre products while they were going through the certification process.
“It just took a few months for partners to get certified after a new product comes to market. We’re making it easier for them to sell new products, while they’re going through the training process,” he said.
The program also consists of silver, gold and platinum tiers, but resellers must be certified to reach those levels. In return, they obtain additional incentives such as customer leads and more margins.
Authorised partners can access all sales and marketing materials, tools and support required to sell Citrix. In Australia, the vendor has about 250 partners.
“Our partner community is maturing and they have some strong skills already in the Citrix product sets,” Youakim said. “We would like our partners to sell these products as soon as we’ve made them available.”
