CA has renewed its commitment to Canberra-based rugby union team, the CA Brumbies, and resigned as the principal naming rights sponsor this year.
The software vendor has maintained its involvement with the club throughout its 13-year history.
The CA Brumbies team kickstarts its 2009 campaign against the Highlanders in Dunedin on February 13 before returning to Canberra Stadium to front the Crusaders on February 21.
“Canberra has always been an important market for CA and we firmly believe in giving something back to the communities in which we do business,” vice-president and area manager for CA Pacific, Brenton Smith, said. “We are also firm believers that we’re backing one of the greatest teams in Super14 history – there’s nothing like a bit of healthy competition.”
