Elastic Digital has brought its online marketing self-service technology to Australia, following a successful launch in the US.
The digital marketing firm offers a lead generation solution to resellers to run online marketing campaigns cost-effectively. The company has partnerships with VMware and Symantec.
The lead generation tool offered by the Elastic Grid software allows resellers to gather real-time data on customers as they assess the content and offerings of web campaigns. This allows them to then follow up with prospects and provide them with targeted information.
Elastic Digital managing director, Cameron Avery, said local distributor Avnet has also recently signed on to provide the marketing tools to its reseller base.
Avnet marketing manager, Kendall Neal, said the partnership was currently in development, with pilot programs to be rolled out at the end of February.
“We felt it was a good opportunity to provide enablement tools for our channel partners,” Neal said. “Due diligence was done when we were looking for a program, and felt the flexibility Elastic Grid was offering presented a good opportunity from a consultative point of view.”
Neal said the program would be rolled out over a number of stages, with a soft launch to occur in May.
“We’re hoping to bring more vendors into the Grid,” Avery said. “The solution doesn’t target any particular type of vendor, and is best suited to mid-tier resellers – people that find it difficult to put out campaigns typically.”
Since the launch in the US, 30 resellers had signed with Elastic Digital, Avery said.
“The trials locally have gone well, and we’re hoping to get exponential growth with resellers as we form more vendor partnerships,” he said.
