It is Tabloid's great pleasure to announce the winners of ACCPAC's footy promotion. Entrants were asked to predict how many points the Melbourne Storm rugby league team would score by the end of the season, and several resellers showed some crystal ball gazing the great Nostradamus himself would be proud of.
Winner of 1st Prize, a signed and framed Melbourne Storm jersey from the 2001 season, is Glen Negus of Concorde Computers who guessed that Melbourne Storm would score 712 points.
Winner of 2nd Prize, ACCPAC's Advantage Series - Discovery Edition, was Harvey Norman technician Randall Lane, of Browns Plains.
And just off the pace in 3rd spot was George Saad of Logitech in Dee Why, who will now be the proud owner of FAXserve for Microsoft Windows NT.
Cheers to ACCPAC for the prizes - and for those of you who missed out, better luck next year!
