Epson Stylus Photo TX800FW

The premium Stylus Photo TX800FW has a number of connectivity options including Wi-Fi (802.11b/g), Ethernet, USB 2.0, PictBridge and a multi-format card reader. The MFP has a 7.8-inch touch panel and 3.5-inch colour LCD screen for easy selecting, copying, enlarging, rotating, cropping and printing photos without a computer. For fast and efficient document management, the TX800FW has an automatic document feeder to copy, scan or fax multi-page originals, dual paper trays and an optional duplexer for double-sided copying and printing. The machine is capable of direct CD/DVD printing on compatible disks, or printing borderless photos on selected paper sizes, and comes with Epson PhotoEnhance software which detects faces, enhances skin tones, corrects for backlit images and colour casts, and adjusts the printer to produce natural colours in outdoor scenes. The TX800FW uses Epson’s Claria Photographic Ink in six individual ink cartridges to deliver ultra high-definition, colour reproduction and glossiness on Epson’s range of photo papers. Standard and high capacity ink cartridges are available.

Brother MFC-6490CW

One of three multifunction machines in the Brother professional series, the MFC-6490CW is an A3 inkjet printer designed to be a high performance and network ready (or wireless) colour multifunction. It delivers a wide range document capability for the SOHO/SMB customers. The MFC-6490CW offers users versatility with up to ledger (11-inch x 17-inch) size print/copy/scan/fax. Other features include wireless networking support, up to 400-sheet paper capacity and up to 50-sheet automatic document feeder. Users can print photos directly from a digital camera’s media cards, PictBridge-enabled camera, or USB flash memory. It also offers up to 35ppm black/28pm colour print speeds, up to 6000 x 1200 dpi resolution, and has a widescreen 3.3-inch colour LCD display. The machines has 64MB on-board memory and a monthly duty cycle of 5000 pages. It uses high yield, four cartridge ink system and comes with a two-year limited warranty.

Fuji Xerox Printers Phaser 3200MFP

The Phaser 3200MFP supports PostScript 3 emulation and PCL 6 for consistent accuracy in print jobs. The MFP has a CentreWare Internet Service feature, aimed at improving the productivity of any office environment by allowing a system administrator to manage a fleet of printers remotely from any location through a browser-based set-up. Besides checking the printer’s status and configuring settings, it can send printer status updates by email and alert users to low toner or paper levels. Other features include a first page out time of 10 seconds, monochrome output at speeds of up to 24 pages per minute (ppm), copy resolution at 600 x 600 dpi and print resolution at 1200 x 1200dpi, and the ability to scan to desktop, email or network scan to PC. The 3200MPF has USB 2.0 or 10/100Base-TX Ethernet networking interfaces and an ID Card Copy function for copying both sides of an ID card on a sheet of paper.
