SMART PRODUCTS

Smart Label printers use direct thermal technology, which eliminates inks, ribbons and toner from the printing process. These are task-specific printers that can be adapted to a variety of uses, featuring a compact design, a built-in USB port and serial connections (SLP 100/200/240).

These printers come with software, which enables the use of multiple fonts and graphics as well as an intuitive WYSIWYG SmartLabel application. Alternatively they can be integrated into a larger system designed to retrieve data from applications like Word, ACT!, GoldMine, Palm Desktop Organiser Software, Outlook and WordPerfect. The software also enables end users to capture text from virtually any Windows application with SmartCopy and import graphics to create high-quality custom labels with company logos, digital images to name a few.

Smart Label models EZ30, SLP 100, SLP 200 and SLP 240 are all currently available in Australian through Smart Products and retail between $229 to $599 each.
