Headset vendor, Jabra, has kicked off its Australian Authorised Partner Program.
Regional marketing manager, Paul Nettelbeck, said the new program would offer better support to its range of small and large resellers.
“We did have some web support previously that provided updates on products and we relied on our distributors to communicate to the resellers,” he said. “The program is available to all resellers up front.”
Key features include marketing and Web support activities, access to a dedicated account manager, sales referral and deal registration programs, standard pricing, discounts and rebates. Jabra distributors include Westcon Group and 24/7 Distribution.
Nettelbeck added if resellers reached certain targets, they would be eligible for a two per cent rebate. Other incentives include partner promotion, sales support, priority leads, early access to information, training resources, an image library, and demonstration programs.
The program is aimed at resellers within the enterprise, unified communications, VoIP, call centre and communications spaces.
Partners will also gain access to a training portal involving sales and technical courses.
“Customers have multifaceted needs and require a diverse range of solutions. Our goal is to help partners meet this,” Nettelbeck said. “We will continue to strengthen our commitment to partners with ongoing enhancements to the benefits and resources that we provide.”
