NSC Network Solutions has appointed Wayne Wilson as its business development manager.
In the newly created role, Wilson will work closely with head of network solutions, Matt Sully, to help drive growth in the data network and infrastructure market.
Wilson’s primary focus is to bring new business to NSC and work with the enterprise team to help increase its market scope within its customer base.
“The role has been created because NSC has brought on some new partners in the last few months,” Sully said. “We’re working closely with Sun, Emerson and Polycom.
“All of our projects to date, require infrastructure in the datacentre around racks, power, cooling and UPS. We’re taking on more of the project besides the Avaya and contact centre piece.”
Sully said Wilson had a national mandate and had already generated some business in Perth.
NSC has more than 130 staff.
“I have a desire to bring on another business development manager at the end of this financial year,”Sully said. “We’re not shrinking by any means, and our headcount is growing all the time.”
Prior to joining NSC Wilson worked in a range of senior roles with organisations such as Macquarie Telecom, Frontline Systems, Optus and JNA Network Services.
