Attache Software wants to boost its reseller numbers

Accounting software vendor, Attache Software, is looking to boost its reseller numbers in the local market.

The vendor offers a range of products including its flagship suite, Attache 7 Accounts, which can be tailored to suit a customer’s individual requirements. It features faster order processing, flexible pricing, stock control and warehouse management as well as debtor payment tools.

Attache country manager, Michael Rich, claimed there was a gap in the market and requirement from the SME segment for this type of software offering.

“Products such as MYOB and QuickBook have been designed for a single user, so when customers start moving on to using a network, that’s when our product becomes the next step,” he said.

Rich wanted to attract up to 1000 resellers in the local market, particularly service providers. The sweet spot is SME organisations that have between four to 100 staff, with about $1 million to $40 million turn over.

“We’re looking for resellers that really know their clients and service their equipment,” he said. “We believe the Australian market has about 300,000 businesses that fit that category.”

Resellers can join the software vendor’s referral program, which offers financial incentives for partners that not only refer the customer but also carry out the implementation process.

“We also supply them with sufficient information if that client fits Attache 7,” Rich said. “We’re respecting service providers for the intellectual knowledge they have on their clients and this is an opportunity for them to earn money from that.”
