<p>11 September, 2008 – Sydney - GlobalConnect Australia, a leading convergence and contact centre integrator and Avaya Gold BusinessPartner, and Agile NZ have embarked on a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) committing to provide uninterrupted service and support for customers across Australia and New Zealand.</p>
