WatchGuard Technologies Appoints Northern Region Territory Sales Manager

WatchGuard Technologies has announced the appointment of Jolene Goh as Northern Region Territory Sales Manager based in Sydney.

<p>Sydney – 9 September 2008 – WatchGuard® Technologies, a global leader in extensible network security and connectivity solutions, has announced the appointment of Jolene Goh as Northern Region Territory Sales Manager based in Sydney.</p>
<p>Goh has more than five years’ experience in IT sales, customer service and technical support. She will be responsible for driving sales of the company’s range of Unified Threat Management appliances and supporting the company’s channel partners in New South Wales, Queensland, the ACT and Northern Territory.</p>
<p>Goh originally joined WatchGuard last year as Partner Sales Manager for Australia and New Zealand based in Sydney having previously been an Internal Account Manager at IT distributor, Synnex Australia, where she held responsibility for account management and customer relationships.</p>
<p>Prior, she was an IT Consultant and Business Development Manager with Abacus Systems and Solutions, a Singapore-based retail and system integrator. During her four years with the organisation, Goh was wholly responsible for day-to-day operations and business development, including the sale of IT products and services, pre- and post-sales support, purchasing, inventory, budgeting, accounts payable/receivable, customer service and staff supervision.</p>
<p>Goh has also held account executive positions at Infotech Associates, Redfern Integrated Optics, and Platinum Technology.</p>
