Australian IT services organisation Powerlan and the CMS Asset Group have merged their respective Peregrine and Remedy business groups to form a new company that is dedicated to servicing Peregrine/Remedy users throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
Named CMS I.T. Business Solutions, the new company's head offices are in Sydney. It has fully resourced offices in Melbourne and Brisbane, as well as representation in Hong Kong, Singapore and New Zealand, according to a company statement.
According to Powerlan managing director Theo Baker, the new company represents "the beginning of a complete and total service offering in Peregrine Application Solutions, which will enable existing and prospective clients to gain from the dramatically improved service levels and experience of the merged operations".
