HiTech Distribution and Australasian Printing Solutions (APS) have joined Fuji Xerox's distribution ranks as the printer manufacturer ups the ante on distribution.
HiTech comes on board for Fuji Xerox Phaser Printing in South Australia, while APS will service the Queensland market.
Fuji Xerox Phaser Printing has also expanded the role of existing distributor Alloys to include NSW, and in doing so, takes on the role of national distributor, alongside Tech Pacific.
Paul Harman, Fuji Xerox Phaser Printing's national channel manager, said the new-look distribution line-up is based on reseller feedback. He said the manufacturer wanted to ensure resellers had the support they required at both a local and national level.
"We also wanted to increase the proficiency and efficiency of our distribution model, and the new positioning of both the existing and newly appointed partnerships allows for less distribution conflict, and a more streamlined channel overall," he said.
Monty Mahoney, Australasian Printing Solutions' general manager, said that with the demand for colour office printers increasing, it was timely to add the Phaser range to the distributor's portfolio.
