SYDNEY - 14th February, 2005 - Citrix Online, a division of Citrix Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: CTXS), today released Citrix® GoToMeetingTM Corporate 1.1, offering one-click online meetings to enable corporate users to host simple and automated online meetings with up to 200 attendees per session.

Citrix GoToMeeting Corporate 1.1 employs a modular licensing model, allowing organisations to flexibly expand attendee capacity, for no additional cost. This differs from other products on the market where users can pay additionally per attendee or per minute - making it difficult to budget for such meetings. GoToMeeting eliminates the chance of surprise overages charges associated with other meeting solutions.

Citrix GoToMeeting Corporate 1.1 simplifies and automates set up. This includes support for recurring meetings, and offers greater performance for quick meeting start and participation. These customer-driven enhancements are designed to cater directly to the practical needs of departments such as sales and training within both small to medium businesses and large enterprises.

"The demand for online meeting solutions is increasing as businesses look for more affordable, immediate and effective ways to engage potential customers and provide service and training to their current clients," said H.R Shiever, managing director: Pacific, Citrix Online. "With the launch of GoToMeeting Corporate 1.1, we are aiming to make online meetings a standard tool for organisations looking to effectively engage with a dispersed workforce or clientele base."

Melbourne-based investment portfolio service, Praemium, have been using GoToMeeting Corporate since June 2004. Praemium provides training and problem resolution to current clients, and sales presentations to prospective clients using GoToMeeting Corporate, as part of its online portfolio management service for accountants and financial advisers.

Arthur Naoumidis, managing director, Praemium, said: "After evaluating the options for online meetings, we chose GoToMeeting Corporate because it was simple to use and competed well on price. In terms of new business, GoToMeeting has paid for itself many times over. We have won a number of large contracts interstate after using GoToMeeting to reconnect with prospective clients. For our current clients, we use it to provide training on our own systems and immediate support by 'shadowing' their systems."

"Companies can effectively shorten their sales cycle by replacing the downtime and money spent on travel with the convenience of an online meeting service," said Robert P. Mahowald, collaborative computing manager at IDC. "Managed services like Citrix GoToMeeting can simplify and add the advantage of immediacy to secure and easy communications -- regardless of facility location."

The 128-bit end-to-end AES encryption provides confidentiality of on-screen content during Citrix GoToMeeting Corporate sessions. This security is built-in and cannot be disabled or compromised by users. Screen-sharing technology allows presenters to share PowerPoint slides, financial spreadsheets and any other PC application with all participants in real-time. Integration with applications such as e-mail and instant messaging allows participants to quickly and easily meet online without complicated setup or additional training. Citrix GoToMeeting also provides true 24-bit color representation of the presenter's PC so all illustrations, graphic-intensive applications and pictures are shown to meeting attendees in their actual state.

Citrix Online also offers Citrix GoToMeeting for individuals and small businesses requiring a single-user account and up to 10 attendees per meeting. Citrix GoToMeeting Corporate is available as a company-wide solution for businesses that require a minimum of five named user-accounts with 25 attendees per meeting and optional event-license upgrades for up to 200 attendees per meeting. A free evaluation of a multi-user Citrix GoToMeeting Corporate account is available at For more information about Citrix GoToMeeting, visit
