IBA gives Sisters IT IV
Listed Australian health developer IBA Technologies has signed a five-year deal to implement patient information systems to three hospitals in Queensland.
The deal, worth over $1 million, extends an existing relationship with catholic healthcare group the Sisters of Charity. IBA will be responsible for building standardised systems in the newly constructed Holy Spirit Northside Hospital, as well as St Vincent's Hospital and Mount Olivet Hospital.

Managed and e-business services provider SMS Management and Technology (formally Sausage Software) has been named the first fully accredited bolero.net consulting partner in Australia and New Zealand. bolero.net provides a standardised platform for the transfer of commercial information across international borders. As part of the new agreement, SMS will provide services to bolero.net members so they can convert their existing EDI and paper-based systems to the streamlined bolero.net approach.
