NETGEAR expands its distributor portfolio

<p>Sydney, Australia (October 1, 2003) – Networking specialist NETGEAR (Nasdaq:NTGR) has appointed Synnex Australia as a national distributor, extending NETGEAR’s reach within the Australian market.</p>
<p>Synnex has worked with NETGEAR for the past two years as a sub-distributor but its business has now grown to a level that warrants its appointment as a full distributor.</p>
<p>“2003 has been a record year for NETGEAR globally with our successful listing on the NASDAQ stock exchange, our recent financial results and the runaway success of our business-class and SOHO product portfolios,” said Ian McLean, Managing Director, NETGEAR Asia Pacific.</p>
