After Hours: Acronis general manager, Bill Taylor-Mountford

Favourite book or movie ...My favourite book is a tie between Catch 22 by Joseph Heller and, more recently, The Company by Robert Littell. Both reads offer well-developed characters which provide striking mental imagery to real life. The characters, plots and humorous originality of the stories play heavily off the cliches of the cold war and World War II.

If I could go anywhere ...I would spend a month on the Galapagos Islands with my camera and scuba gear.

If I wasn't doing this job ...I would be a professional photographer with specific focus on the English Premier League.

The person I most admire Michael Dell of Dell Computers. For his entrepreneurial skills, his ability to scale himself from a start-up company to a multinational and for always being relevant and believing in his people.

I really hate ...queuing, incompetence, inefficiency and time wasting.
