After Hours: Gen-i ICT practice manager, Mark Bennett

My favourite book or movie ...I'm an avid reader and thoroughly enjoy movies. It's too hard to pick an absolute favourite in either category, although the Lord of the Rings trilogy would be up there.

If I could go anywhere ...I spent three years of my childhood in Cyprus and have always wanted to live in the Mediterranean again one day. My wife and I are big fans of Italian and Greek cuisine, sipping wine outside with a warm ocean breeze in our faces ...so I'm thinking southern Italy or the Greek islands could be a nice fit for a few years.

If I wasn't doing this job ...I am continually experimenting with culinary exploits on my wife and our families. As such, running a boutique winery and restaurant would be a dream I could definitely lose myself in one day.

The person I most admire ...I'm inspired by people who have committed their lives to something bigger than themselves; who have had a vision and overcome obstacles to see that become a reality. I've been fortunate to have known a few such people in my life - some famous, others who aren't but have left a legacy in their worlds.

I really hate ...those who can't see beyond today. I think life is dynamic and as such continually evolving around us; refusal to accept change because it's too hard or scary is something that can ultimately suffocate an organisation and individuals.
