Software-as-a-service provider, Synetek Systems, is on the hunt for more service provider partners in the local market.
The vendor offers an on-demand email management system that involves storage, archiving, recovery and continuity and on-demand lease management system and is specifically aimed at retailers.
CEO, Lee Trevena, said types of partners he would recruit include services organisations offering email, messaging, antivirus or anti-spam services. By partnering with Synetek they would be able to augment their services with additional features such as auto archiving, electronic-discovery and storage management.
Synetek has three partners in the local market including Eleven Systems, Spheritec and IT Office.
The vendor is also launching an ASP program, which gives partners the ability to brand Synetek's solutions as their own. Partners will have access to training, Web services and a billing system, which provides them with customer usage notifications.
"They are able to increase the services they are delivering to their customer base without any additional infrastructure - they simply take the service from us and resell it to their customers," Trevena said. "It's a very inexpensive way for them to deliver high-value services at a low cost to their customers."
