Acer X263W

Acer claims its X263W monitor delivers bright, well-defined images for comfortable, eyestrain-free viewing. Monitors are usually used in normal ambient light with a viewing distance of around 60cm. The brightness of Acer's X Series is engineered for this mid-level scenario (250 to 300 nits) to deliver optimum brightness for most common usage. The monitor also reduces deviations in transition time and utilises Acer OD (overdrive) technology to improve grey-to-grey levels and provide better moving picture viewing. Acer said it has leveraged three primary technologies to improve contrast ratio performance for viewing an LCD monitor from different angles. A wide viewing angle also maintains colour consistency and image clarity. The 1920 x 1200 resolution is compatible with advanced 1080p full HD gaming and multimedia applications and the optional all-digital HDMI interface is aimed at delivering high-definition viewing and the highest quality video and audio currently available.
