Cognos Recognises Top Australian Partners of the Year

<p>Sydney, April 16, 2008 – Cognos, an IBM company and world leader in business intelligence and performance management solutions, today announced its Australian 2008 Partners of The Year.</p>
<p>The 2008 Partner Awards recognise channel partners that meet or exceed assigned revenue targets, such as license sales and maintenance deals, and create successful customer relationships through the delivery of Cognos Performance Management based solutions for the Cognos full fiscal year 2008, ended February 29, 2008.</p>
<p>New South Wales and ACT-based solutions provider, Focus Strategies and Solutions, won overall honours as Cognos Partner of the Year for 2008 for the Australia/NZ region as well as winning the NSW/ACT Partner of the Year for the second year in a row.</p>
<p>Focus is a Cognos Platinum Partner and a Cognos Accredited Consulting partner which provides a comprehensive client services framework which includes consulting, implementation, and training services.</p>

In addition, Bilogic was named “The South Australia and Western Australia Partner of The Year” for its high quality service and reputation for delivering results on key customer projects.</p>
<p>Professional consulting firm, Cubewise, scooped “TMI Partner of the Year” for its market momentum success and a clear reward for its rapid prototyping strategy which produces a functioning proof of concept within days and eliminates risks associated with a large-scale implementations. The company has offices in Sydney, Melbourne and London.</p>
