Hyperion Launches Global Partner Certification Program For Business Performance Management

<p>CHICAGO – HYPERION SOLUTIONS 2004 CONFERENCE – April 27, 2004 – Hyperion (Nasdaq:HYSL) today announced the launch of the Hyperion Global Partner Certification Program, which provides comprehensive certification opportunities to Hyperion's software and consulting business alliances. The program enables Hyperion alliance organizations to benchmark and verify their teams' skills and abilities in delivering high value Business Performance Management solutions and results to customers.</p>

<p>The first alliance organizations to achieve Hyperion certification on Hyperion Essbase are Answerthink, BearingPoint, Deloitte Consulting LLP (Deloitte Consulting), Navigator Systems, Ranzal &amp; Associates and Thinkfast Consulting. Ranzal &amp; Associates is the first to achieve Hyperion Certification on Hyperion Planning.</p>
